Material Selection: We use RPET (Recycled PET) and APET (Amorphous PET) as our core materials. Both are eco-friendly and ideal for a range of packaging applications, ensuring both sustainability and high performance.
Dehumidifying & Drying: The raw materials undergo a thorough dehumidifying and drying process to remove moisture, ensuring the best possible conditions for the extrusion process.
Extrusion & Molding: The dried material is melted and fed into an extruder, where it’s formed into sheets through a co-extrusion process. This allows us to create multi-layered sheets with superior strength and performance.
Cooling & Shaping: The molten material rapidly cools on a cooling roll, transitioning from a viscous fluid to a solid, amorphous state. This quick cooling process ensures the sheets have excellent clarity and transparency.
Surface Treatment: To enhance the performance of our PET sheets, we apply various surface treatments, including antifog, anti-static, and silicone coatings. These treatments improve product functionality for specific applications.
Quality Control: Every batch undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards. We inspect for consistency, durability, and performance, ensuring that each sheet is ready for use in packaging, food applications, and more.
Packaging & Delivery: Once the sheets pass quality control, they are carefully rolled and packaged, ready for delivery to customers worldwide. We ensure on-time delivery and efficient service to meet our clients’ needs.
